1 General Provisions

Important: Use of this platform by anyone under 21 years of age is strictly prohibited. Deposit and withdrawal facilities may be suspended until age verification is complete.

3 Account Management

It is your responsibility to ensure the security of your account. The following guidelines must be followed:

Keep your password strong and never share it with anyone.
If you suspect unauthorized access, notify the support team immediately.
You are responsible for all activities carried out from your account.
Operating an account through a third party is prohibited.

tk75 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for security verification, fraud prevention, or rule violations. The relevant player will be notified as far as possible in such cases.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

The following rules apply to depositing and withdrawing funds on tk75:

Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (by all methods).
Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).
Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
Withdrawals may only be made through the same method used for the deposit.

tk75 may verify identity before withdrawal in the interest of anti-money laundering and financial security. Withdrawals may be suspended if the required documents are not provided.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

tk75 offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers to its players. These benefits are governed by the following terms:

Welcome Bonus:

100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳15,000.
Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and get ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000.
A 20x wagering requirement applies to the bonus.
Example: For a ৳1,000 bonus, a total of ৳20,000 must be wagered before withdrawal (20 times the bonus amount).
The wagering requirement applies only to the bonus amount, not the deposit amount.

General Bonus Terms:

Each bonus has a specific expiry period; the bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically stated.
tk75 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and forfeit winnings if fraud or a breach of terms is suspected.
Bonus benefits are for eligible adult users only.

Under the VIP program, players can enjoy weekly cashback benefits across four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Advancing to higher tiers is possible through continued active play.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All gaming activities on tk75 are governed by the following rules:

All bets are considered final. To dispute a game result, contact support with specific details.
If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, tk75 reserves the right to void that round and refund the bet amount.
Players are responsible for ensuring their own internet connection — a bet will not be cancelled due to a disconnection.
In-play betting during sports matches operates under its own rules, which are detailed on the main page.
The game provider's own rules also apply and are supplementary to these Terms.

tk75 believes in fair play and uses Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure game impartiality. There is no way to predetermine or manipulate any game result.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tk75 platform:

Abusing bonus benefits by creating multiple accounts.
Using software, bots, or automated methods to operate games.
Hacking, phishing, or any form of cyber attack.
Money laundering or other financial criminal activities.
Attempting to access another user's account.
Exploiting platform vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
Operating an account under a false identity or in someone else's name.
Any form of collusion or coordination with other players.

Involvement in any of the prohibited activities above will result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and legal action may be taken where applicable.

8 Limitation of Liability

tk75 will not be liable for the following:

Any loss or missed opportunity caused by an internet disconnection.
Transaction delays caused by errors from third-party payment processors.
Disruption to the gaming experience due to issues with the user's own device.
Force majeure events — such as natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.
Any loss arising from the user's own negligence or carelessness.

tk75 always strives to provide a safe, fair, and reliable gaming environment. However, services may occasionally be temporarily disrupted for technical reasons. In such situations, service will be restored as quickly as possible.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

Does not sell or share user data with third parties without authorization.

10 Changes to Terms & Account Termination

tk75 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page and, where applicable, communicated to the registered email address.

Regarding account closure:

You may voluntarily close your account at any time — contact support.
Any remaining balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed.
If tk75 closes an account due to a rule violation, the refundability of the deposited funds depends on the circumstances.
If self-exclusion is chosen for responsible gaming reasons, the account cannot be reactivated before the designated period ends.
